In this practice, we’re doing something a little different. It’s a practice in working with physical balance while standing, so make sure you have space to stand before you start!
We’ve done a version of this practice before that we call out-loud vipassana. Today, we’ll really focus on listening and noticing if we are knocked off balance by something our partners say.
