Here are just a few tips to consider in undertaking a meditation practice with a partner:
•Sit as close as comfortable to each other
•Sit at equal heights so you are at eye level with your partner
•Try to maintain eye contact as much as possible/comfortable
•Set aside specific time for this practice and shut your phones off
•Rest in vulnerability; allow yourself to say what is on your mind
•Make an effort to listen to your partner, not relate or compare
