Practice for Two Album
One Mind Dharma's Practice for Two album is a collection of eight different practices you can do with a partner. Whether you wish to investigate these practices with a significant other, a family member, or a friend, these meditations offer a way to practice with another person. With meditations on kindness, compassion, gratitude, and mindfulness, you will investigate bringing your practice to your interactions with each other. All meditations are 5-15 minutes and are taken from our online Practice for Two Course.
