Join us for this 4-week online course in which we will cover the basics of meditation. We will offer some guided meditations, talks on mindfulness and compassion, and be available to answer questions. Each week will have a few practices and talks, which we be available online and available for download.

This course is tailored toward newcomers to meditation, and we will offer introductory meditations and talks. All are welcome, no prior meditation experience necessary! We will cover things like how to sit, answer common questions, and help you find a way to meditate that works for you!
