Join us on Saturday, June 24th from 9:30am-3:30pm for a day of meditation practice investigating mindfulness, compassion, and more! All are welcome, regardless of prior meditation experience.
We ask that you give the amount you are able to. If you want to join us, but cannot make a financial contribution, just email Matthew@OneMinddharma.com. The registration costs cover our costs to hold the event, so we appreciate your support!
This daylong retreat will be held at Soul Yoga at 2801 Yulupa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95405. Please note, this is the OLD Soul location, so careful when you Google it!

About the Teachers
Elizabeth is a graduate student at Sonoma State University in the Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She leads groups with Sonoma Insight, at local treatment centers, and works one-on-one with individuals seeking to deepen their meditation practice. Elizabeth especially enjoys working with those recovering from addiction and mental health disorders, and is passionate about the practices of forgiveness and compassion for ourselves.
Matthew co-leads Sonoma Insight with Elizabeth, teaching in Sonoma and Marin counties, at addiction treatment centers, and online. Matthew is a recent graduate of the Community Dharma Leader training program at Spirit Rock, and enjoys answering questions and having discussions about the practices. His focus is on bringing the practices of mindfulness, compassion, insight, and equanimity to our daily lives.
