Online Meditation Courses
One Mind Dharma offers meditation classes online, generally in class series. Our online meditation classes are 4-8 weeks and cover a variety of topics. All material is provided online. Each online meditation course offers video talks, practices to investigate, the opportunity to speak with a teacher one-on-one, and a discussion forum to work together with other participants.
Our intention is to allow everyone to learn meditation online with a small community, some guidance, and individualized suggestions. Each online meditation class offers practices on a specific subject, and it is our hope that you benefit from investigating these topics in a little more depth. Practice for Two
We have been offering our Practice for Two course since 2014 and have had great feedback from participants. In this online meditation class, you will investigate mindfulness, compassion, and more in your relationships with others. This is great for couples, but many people partake in the course with a friend or family member.
