Basics of Meditation
Our first of our meditation courses for beginners, this course covers the foundations of meditation. We will cover mindfulness, compassion, concentration and more. Learn how to build a daily practice, and begin your investigation of meditation.
Our Mindfulness I certification course offers an in-depth look at mindfulness meditation and mindfulness in daily life. Take the course to understand mindfulness more deeply, get a certification upon completion, and begin bringing the quality of mindful awareness into your daily life.

Why Take an Online Course?
Online meditation courses offer an opportunity to investigate meditation for yourself from the comfort of your own home. There are many benefits of meditation practice, and online courses help you dive more deeply into practice. You can learn at your own pace, revisit lessons, and request help from a teacher.
Who Are the Courses For?
In reality, pretty much anyone can meditate. Our courses are designed for those who are relatively new to meditation practice. As a beginner to meditation, the course will give you the opportunity to understand the practices clearly, investigate them with guidance, and build confidence in your ability to practice on your own.
How Long Does the Course Take to Complete?
Each meditation course is different, but courses generally take a few weeks. You can go at your own pace. If you want to run through the course in one sitting, you are welcome to try to do so. If you wish to move a bit more slowly and take it easy, no problem!
How Long Do I Have Access to the Course?
The courses are yours to acacess. You can take the course multiple times, return to individual lessons or meditations, or take it once and be done.
Are There Any Technical Requirements?
We have created our courses on meditation to require as little technical expertise as possible. All you will need is a computer or device to access the lessons, and a device capable of playing audio. It all is relatively basic, and we are here to walk you through any technical difficulties you may face!
Do I Need Any Prerequisites or Prior Experience with Meditation?
For the most part, no! Our courses are designed for beginners, and can be taken as standalone classes. You don’t need any previous experience with meditation. If there is a prerequisite or information needed, the course will say so clearly in the description.
