New Year’s Eve Intention Setting

We are excited to be hosting this offering this year with our friend Lisa Ellisen at Soul Yoga! The New Year’s Eve Intention Setting will be an evening of yoga, meditation, and a discussion about intentions in the new year. We will formally set a wholesome intention together in front of the community, moving into the new year with a strong foundation of practice. We will have two sessions on New Year’s Eve, one for early birds and one for the later birds. The details are below, along with a little bio about the teachers who will be leading the practices of the evening.
