Mindfulness Coaching

Individual mindfulness-based coaching sessions for those who wish to deepen their practice.

Work with a mindfulness counselor or coach to develop a deeper practice, bring mindfulness to everyday life, and work with the difficulties and struggles. With one-on-one mindful counseling sessions you will gain practices, understanding, and insight into your experience. Together with a trained mindfulness teacher or licensed therapist you will learn to bring mindfulness and compassion to difficulties, create a plan for growth, and build resiliency.

Questions about Counseling Sessions

Mindful coaching and counseling sessions are a form of support offered that are rooted in the practice of mindfulness and compassion. Together with your counselor you will investigate new ways to approach life, utilizing mindfulness to assist you in your personal growth. Whether you simply want to be more present in your daily life, face a difficulty head-on with strength, or begin to bring mindfulness to your relationship, mindful counseling can help you find what works for you. Sessions will generally consist of a small practice period, discussion, and investigation into what is going on in your life.

Do You Offer Consultations?

Yes! Both Matthew and Elizabeth offer a free consultation. This is to allow everyone to meet each other and see if you mutually feel that you are a good fit for one another. It's important you feel comfortable with your counselor and find the right one for you. If any party feels it is not the right fit, we will help you find the right therapist, counselor, or coach for you.

How Often Do We Meet?

Session frequency may vary from one individual to another. Most of our students meet with us either weekly or bi-weekly. It is up to you!
