About the Author
Matthew Sockolov is the founding teacher of One Mind Dharma. He received empowerment as a Buddhist meditation teacher from Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. Since 2011, Matthew has offered guided meditations, online mindfulness courses, and more via One Mind Dharma. With his partner, Elizabeth, he opened the One Mind Dharma center in Northern California.
Matthew lives in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with his wife and newborn baby. He continues to lead meditation groups in Playa and online via One Mind Dharma’s online learning platform. An avid reader of Buddhist texts, Matthew strives to make the ancient teachings of mindfulness accessible to all in the modern world. His new mindfulness journal is his second published book.
