One Mind Dharma offers one-on-one meditation coaching. Generally, people meet with their teacher every week, every other week, or once a month as appropriate. A meditation coach can help you with many things, some of which are:

  • Develop a daily meditation practice
  • Learn new techniques and methods
  • Better understand the Buddha’s teachings and suttas
  • Learn to work with specific issues/experiences
  • Develop understanding of both mindfulness and compassion practices
  • Give direction to your meditation practice
  • Discover ways to bring your practice to daily life

We can meet in person, via phone, or via video chat. We work with individuals and couples. We offer our teaching completely on a donation basis. There is no regular fee or charge, and we will not give you a “suggested donation.” We do this so that all may find meditation accessible, and to give you an opportunity to practice generosity.
