Everday Mindfulness

These are practices and techniques to bring mindfulness to your everyday life. From washing the dishes to driving, you will find ways to be present during your day.

Mindful Moods

The final section covers the moods and difficult states we may experience. Work with anxiety, deal with anger, and approach the painful experiences with patience and kindness.
