In our last week together we offer some thoughts about gratitude and impermanence before jumping into our final set of practices!
This first practice is an open eye gratitude practice, much as we’ve done for the past few weeks. Sit as close as comfortable and at eye level if possible!
We’re going to do one more co-breathing practice, this time focusing on our gratitude for the life in our partner’s body.
This final practice is of the repeated questions variety! We’ll be focusing on things we are grateful for in ourselves, our partners, and our relationships.
